Caseverdi is a 10-acre private estate on the Tuscany-Umbria border, above Lake Trasimeno and between Florence and Rome. Olive, fig and walnut trees, terracotta textures and panoramic views frame a restored villa with pool, gardens, and multiple outdoor dining spaces.
The estate is designed for slow luxury; golden-hour aperitivo, long table multi course dinners, and quiet mornings by the pool. It’s the ideal base to explore Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cortona as well as the grandeur of Florence while immersing yourself in Italian wine and food culture.

7 days and 6 nights retreat at our highly rated gated Italian Villa - Caseverdi Villa San Lorenzo. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The Villa is situated on 10 acres, with an expansive pool, and offers all guests an en suite bathroom.
You will be spoiled upon arrival at Caseverdi. A curated gift bag with wine and culinary themed treats awaits you. As well as the usual offerings - Caseverdi is pre stocked with organic shower gels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and 100% cotton linens. Pack light and enjoy the freedom.
